Introducing the Location Reservation Book Ahead Setting—a handy new option in the admin panel that helps you set how far in advance locations can be reserved.

This feature gives administrators more flexibility and helps to prevent overbooking, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process.

How It Works: The admin panel now includes a new field where you can set a maximum book-ahead period in weeks, with a minimum of one week. This period directly controls the date range available in the reservation calendar, limiting users to booking locations only within the set timeframe from the current week.

Example: If you set the book-ahead period to one week, users can make reservations from today through the end of the following week. This allows for effective availability management and ensures resources are used as intended.
